  • Yes, please fill out the form on our brochure request page to receive your free copy. Please note that we only post out free brochures to the UK and there is a PDF version available to download.

  • How much will delivery cost?View moreView less
  • Free next working day delivery is available on all orders above £50 placed before 2pm to mainland UK subject to stock availability.

    For orders below £50 we dispatch on a standard 3-5 day service. You also have the option to pay £4.95 if you'd like to upgrade to a next day delivery (mainland UK only).

    We now offer a pre-12pm service with DPD for £5.95 if you place your order before 2pm. This is only available to mainland UK.

    Delivery to the Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, Highlands of Scotland, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly and the Isle of Wight are usually within 3 to 5 working days.

    The delivery costs to these areas are as follows:

    The Channel Islands and Northern Ireland: £10.20

    Highlands of Scotland: £13.27

    The Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly and the Isle of Wight: £12.24

  • Do you deliver outside the UK?View moreView less
  • Should you wish to order an item for delivery to another area please contact the sales team at sales@clair-de-lune.co.uk and we will advise if it is possible and quote delivery charges.

    Should you decide to proceed with an order for delivery outside of the UK we can process this order over the phone or alternatively we can send an invoice for payment.

    Please note that all overseas deliveries may be subject to local import duties and may be affected by Customs and Excise delays, any charges will be payable locally by you.

  • Can I choose a delivery time for my order?View moreView less
  • Currently, we cannot guarantee a specific time for delivery. We dispatch all orders to mainland UK with the courier DPD. We have different delivery options that appear at the check-out - Standard, Next Day and Pre-12. We can deliver on a pre-12 service if you place your order 2pm the previous day. If you supply your mobile number on your order form, DPD will send you a text message and advise a 1-hour delivery slot for your order. If you are not happy with the time-slot allocated to you, you can change the delivery time or address by following the link that DPD send to you.

  • Yes, if you are based in mainland UK you can track your order via the text message that our courier, DPD, will send to you. You can view the status of your order by following this link. And if you are based outside mainland UK, you can call or email our customer services team on 0161 491 9800 / sales@clair-de-lune.co.uk.

  • If you've changed your mind about your order we recommend that you contact us by phone on 0161 491 9800 or email at sales@clair-de-lune.co.uk as soon as possible. Orders to mainland UK are dispatched at 2pm for next day delivery.

  • I have been sent an incorrect/damaged item, what should I do?View moreView less
  • If you have been sent an incorrect or damaged item, first of all, we sincerely apologise for the error. We have strict procedures in place to avoid mistakes or damages and we pride ourselves on providing safe, quality products and excellent customer service, we can only apologise when this happens.

  • Do I have to pay to return an item, even if it's faulty?View moreView less
  • If an item is faulty please contact our customer service team on 0161 491 9800 or sales@clair-de-lune.co.uk and we will arrange a collection; and if required, arrange a replacement item once we receive the faulty one back. Following an inspection by our quality control, should the item returned be found not to be faulty then there may be a charge to get the item back to you or an amount deducted from the refund to cover postage and return costs if a refund is requested and in line with our Returns Policy.

  • We’re sorry you weren’t 100% delighted with your purchase, our refunds are processed when your items arrive back at our warehouse. Please allow 21 days for the refund to be processed. We always recommend obtaining proof of delivery when returning an item.

  • For products that require assembly, such as our stands, we include downloadable PDF instructions on the product page.
