Delivery:
Delivery is usually a standard 3-5 working days from the date the order was placed if the item is stock. If the item is temporarily out of stock, one of our customer service team members will contact you to discuss your order further. If your item is out of stock for a significant period of time we will of course be happy to offer you a full refund or offer you to exchange the item for something else if you wish.
Returns Policy:
We are happy for you to return unwanted/faulty stock to us as long as it is within 14 days of you receiving the order and offer a full refund or exchange the item if you wish. You will need to speak to customer services on 0161 491 9800 to arrange the return and obtain a goods returns number. Without this number being included on the returned package we may not be sure where the package has come from etc. We recommend if you are sending your parcel back to us via Royal Mail you send it recorded delivery and we will be happy to refund this cost to you if the item is incorrect or faulty.
