Delivery Turnaround

Our delivery turnaround is approximately 1-5 working days however due to some of our products being made to order, this is not always guaranteed.

We ask that you remain patient with our team and do not hesitate to get in touch with us either via live chat or customerservices@clair-de-lune.co.uk if you have any questions.

Free Standard Delivery

FREE standard delivery with Evri or FedEx is available for all orders above £50 being delivered to Mainland GB only. This amount is after any discount codes are applied.  (Orders will not be delivered on weekends or bank holidays).

Standard Delivery Charge - Mainland GB

For any orders under £50, there is a charge of £4.95. Orders are delivered by Evri, FedEx or Royal Mail.  (Orders will not be delivered on weekends or bank holidays).

Next Day Delivery

Next working day delivery is available with Evri or FedEx to mainland UK customers only.  You must place your order before 1 pm at a charge of £6.50.  Orders placed before midday on Friday will be delivered the next working day (orders will not be delivered on weekends or bank holidays).

International Delivery

Delivery is available to other countries worldwide via UPS, please select your country at checkout to view the shipping rate and times. 

- UK (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland): 1-5 working days (excluding Saturday and Sunday). Next day delivery is available.

- Austria: 3-5 working days (excluding Saturday and Sunday)

- Belgium: up to 3 working days (excluding Saturday and Sunday)

Bulgaria: 5-7 working days (excluding Saturday and Sunday)

- Croatia: 5-7 working days (excluding Saturday and Sunday)

- Czech Republic: 3-5 working days (excluding Saturday and Sunday)

- Denmark: 3-5 working days (excluding Saturday and Sunday)

- Estonia: 5-7 working days (excluding Saturday and Sunday)

- Finland: 5-7 working days (excluding Saturday and Sunday)

NOTE: For international orders, customers are now responsible for all duties, taxes and custom clearance costs.

Large Nursery Furniture Deliveries – 2-Man Delivery Service

We offer a specialist 2-Man delivery service on all our premium nursery furniture which will deliver to the room of your choice* (this service is subject to Covid-19 guidelines and may not be available in your area). The delivery will take place within 14 days of order (certain postcodes excluded). We currently deliver to 95% of the UK (see exceptions below).

We will require a valid contact number, so our specialist 2-Man team can contact you with your dispatch information. Orders can only be dispatched once we have contacted you to confirm the delivery.

*In multi-floor properties, we will only deliver up to 3 flights of stairs.

Postal areas which we are unable to deliver to via our 2-man delivery service in the UK include:

However, for the postcodes outlined above, we offer an alternative delivery method via pallet delivery.

Please note, larger and multi-item orders that use our Pallet delivery service will require a valid contact number at the point of order, so we are able to book a day and time with you for the delivery to take place.

Pallet deliveries are kerbside delivery only. Unfortunately for insurance purposes, the drivers are unable to take the pallets to the doorstep or into the property.

In addition, they are also unable to take the empty pallet away with them.

Deliveries From Brand Partners:

Please note that there may be an additional charge for brand partners deliveries to Northern Ireland. Please contact our Customer Services team at customerservices@clair-de-lune.co.uk for further assistance. 

Disclaimer

All of the above delivery options are subject to stock availability.  If the item is temporarily out of stock and we are unable to dispatch the order to you immediately, one of our customer service team members will contact you to discuss your order further and your available options.

If your item is out of stock for a significant period of time we will, of course, be happy to offer you a full refund or exchange the item.

Pre-Ordering Items:

Please note that if you order an item on pre-order and an item in stock these will be shipped together when the pre-ordered item arrives in stock, unfortunately the order cannot be split.
