We want you to be totally satisfied with every purchase you make from Clair de lune. It is our aim to offer you value and quality at all times.

Please make sure you enter your correct and valid email address as we will email you to confirm the details of your order. Should anything be incorrect or missing from your order, please contact our Sales Team immediately on 0161 491 9800/1 to ensure that the order is corrected before despatch takes place. Should an item be out of stock you will be notified by email.

Delivery (within UK) from stock is normally within 5 working days.

If when you receive an item it has been damaged please write damaged on the delivery note. If an item is damaged or faulty, please read our returns and refunds policy on how to return the item/s.

Distance Selling Regulations

Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased on this website for a full refund.

To cancel, you can email us or write to us (see 'Contact Us' for details) within 7 days of placing your order, quoting your order number. Please note that cancellations cannot be taken over the telephone.

Free on all orders with exception of Highlands Surcharge £12.99, Channels Islands, Northern & Southern Ireland Surcharge £9.99.

All prices are in pounds sterling and are inclusive of VAT. Reduced and sale items are available while stocks last.

Returns & Refunds Policy

If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, simply return it to Clair de lune with 14 days of delivery, unused in its original packaging together with the receipt.

To do this please call our Sales Team on 0161 491 9800/1 to obtain a 'Returns Authorisation Number' giving full details of the item(s) and the reason for return. We will send you the necessary paperwork to return the items, together with an address of where the goods should be returned to.

If you require an exchange for any item purchased please follow the above procedure advising the sales team that you require a replacement rather than a refund.

Some products are excluded from our 14-day money back guarantee. These are clearly stated within the site.

The 14 day money back guarantee and any other manufacturers guarantees promoted on the website are in addition to our obligations with respect to you statutory rights, which of course remain unaffected.
